Serving Corporate Creations is one of the most common corporate serves in Palm Beach County. The company is the registered agent for a large number of Florida corporations and LLCs, and when your defendant's Sunbiz record names it, the summons goes to its North Palm Beach registered office, not to the company's store or headquarters.
This guide covers the verified address, the statutes behind the serve, the step-by-step delivery, and what your return of service should say. It is general information from a Florida process serving company, not legal advice.
What Is Corporate Creations Network?
Corporate Creations is a commercial registered agent. A company pays it to be its statutory agent, and the agent receives lawsuits, subpoenas, garnishments and official state notices on the company's behalf, then forwards them to the client.
For a process server, that means one address is the front door for many unrelated defendants: banks, franchises, medical groups, online sellers and single-member LLCs. A Miami restaurant group and a Jacksonville contractor that both hired the same agent are served at the same North Palm Beach office. Where the defendant actually does business does not change the address.
Florida's other big commercial agents sit elsewhere. C T Corporation System and NRAI share an office in Plantation, while Corporation Service Company and Cogency Global are in Tallahassee. Our hub on serving registered agents in Florida lists every major agent with its verified address, and our companion guides cover CT Corporation System, NRAI and Corporation Service Company.

Intake at a commercial agent is a desk procedure. Staff are authorized to accept for the agent, and several entities can be served on one visit when each has its own issued summons and copy set. What protects the case is clerical: the acceptor's name and title, the date and time, and each entity name exactly as Sunbiz shows it.
Serving Corporate Creations Under Florida Law
Section 48.091, Florida Statutes requires every Florida corporation, and every foreign corporation qualified here, to designate a registered agent and registered office. The office must be open from 10 a.m. to 12 noon each day except Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, with an agent present who can accept process.
Section 48.081 makes the registered agent the first stop for corporations. Since the 2022 rewrite, effective January 2, 2023, officers and directors become valid recipients only when there is no agent, or one good-faith attempt on the agent fails. Our §48.081 explainer walks through the text.
Section 48.062 applies the same agent-first rule to LLCs, then allows service on members, managers or persons listed on the latest annual report. See how to serve an LLC in Florida.
An employee of the registered agent, at the registered office, can accept in the agent's place. When a process server delivers the summons to the agent for a company that names it on Sunbiz, the company is served. What the agent does with the papers afterwards is between the agent and its client.
Step by Step: Serving Corporate Creations
- Check Sunbiz. Search the defendant at search.sunbiz.org, open the record, and confirm the registered agent is Corporate Creations Network at 801 US Highway 1, North Palm Beach. Note the entity status.
- Match the names. Make sure the summons names the entity exactly as Sunbiz does, including "Inc.", "LLC" or "Holdings".
- Prepare copy sets. One issued summons and complete copy set per defendant entity. Three affiliated LLCs are three serves.
- Deliver on a business day. A certified process server hands the papers to the agent's intake staff, inside the 10-to-noon window when the deadline is tight.
- Record the acceptance. The server notes the acceptor's name and title, the date and time, and signs the return of service.

Our guide on how to serve a registered agent in Florida covers the same steps for any agent. The only difference here is the address.
When the Sunbiz Record Names Someone Else
Captions and old form banks carry agent information that may be months or years out of date. Before a server drives anywhere, compare the caption to the live Sunbiz record.
- Another agent is listed. Serve that agent at its own registered office. A delivery to a former agent produces a challengeable return.
- The agent resigned. If no replacement was filed, the entity has no agent, which opens the officer, member or manager options in §48.081 or §48.062. The latest annual report gives you names.
- The entity is inactive or dissolved. Dissolution does not shield a company from suit. Attempt any agent still listed, then follow the statutory order.
- No one can be found. After diligent effort, §48.161 allows substituted service on the Florida Secretary of State.
Mismatched agents and stale addresses are common grounds for a motion to quash. See when a registered agent can't be served and defective service of process in Florida.
Serving Several Related Entities at One Agent
Commercial litigation in Palm Beach County often names a parent company and two or three affiliates. When they all use the same registered agent, it is tempting to treat the delivery as one job. The statute does not.
Each defendant needs its own issued summons, its own complete copy set, and its own return. The server should hand each set over separately and record the acceptance for each entity, even when the same employee signs for all of them in one visit.
Check status for every affiliate, not just the parent. One sister LLC may have switched agents or been dissolved while the others stayed put, and that one serve would then belong somewhere else. A short list on the work order, with each entity name and document number from Sunbiz, keeps the returns straight.
If a related entity is a foreign company that never registered in Florida, it will not appear on Sunbiz at all. That defendant needs a different plan, often service in its home state; see serving out-of-state defendants in Florida cases.
What the Return of Service Should Show
Section 48.21 requires the server to note when the process came to hand, when and how it was served, the name of the person served, and their position when they accept in a representative capacity. For this serve, check for:
- The defendant's name as Sunbiz shows it, served through its registered agent, Corporate Creations Network.
- The registered office address: 801 US Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408.
- Date and time of service, and when the papers came to hand.
- The name and title of the employee who accepted for the agent.
- The server's name and certification or identification number.
