The business grew out of a straightforward observation: too many attorneys and litigants were frustrated by process servers who lacked communication, accountability, and professionalism. Mikhael Goldgisser saw an opportunity to build something better. In 2018 he opened the doors with a commitment to responsive communication, transparent pricing, and reliable results.
From the earliest days, the company ran on the principle that every serve matters. A missed or improperly executed serve can delay a case by weeks or months, costing clients time and money. Mikhael built the operation around eliminating those failures. He personally trained each member of the team, set strict verification protocols, and made himself available to clients around the clock.
What started as a one-person operation in Plantation, Florida, has grown into a full-service process serving company with two South Florida offices and a network that reaches all 50 states. We now work for law firms, corporate legal departments, insurance companies, property managers, and individuals. That growth came mostly from word-of-mouth referrals by clients who trust the Golden Standard.

What separates competent service from the kind that gets challenged is not speed — it is the affidavit. Ours names the date, time, address, method and person served, every time, because that document is the only part of this work a judge ever reads.
Service of process in Florida runs under Chapter 48, Florida Statutes, which sets out who may serve, how personal and substitute service work, and what a return has to state. We use certified servers appointed in the circuits we work, and we are members of both FAPPS and NAPPS.
Every job is dispatched the same business day it arrives, tracked attempt by attempt, and covered by flat-rate pricing published on our rates page. If the party cannot be found, in-house skip tracing takes over before more of your budget goes into attempts. Rush and same-day service is available when a deadline is close.
Corporate defendants are a large share of our work. Our Plantation headquarters is minutes from the office that CT Corporation System and National Registered Agents, Inc. share at 1200 South Pine Island Road, so service on those registered agents under §48.081 is routine for us. What to send with a new serve
A complete packet is the fastest way to a clean first attempt. With each assignment, send us:
- The issued summons, complaint and any exhibits, or the subpoena, notice or writ you need delivered
- The full legal name of each person or entity to be served, plus every known home and work address
- A photo or physical description, vehicle details and the best times to find the person
- For a company, the registered agent and address listed on Sunbiz, or ask us to pull it for you
- Any hearing, deposition or deadline date, so we can prioritize the serve and file the return in time
