What to Include When You Send Work
Every job Golden Process Service receives needs five things: the documents to be served, the full name of the party, the service address, the case number and court, and your deadline. Anything else — a physical description, employer, vehicle, known schedule — makes the first attempt more likely to land.
Upload the documents as PDFs through the portal below. There is no need to email them separately, and no need to mail hard copies: we print at our end and the originals stay with you.
Turnaround and Tracking
Routine service is dispatched the same business day it is received and most Florida serves complete within 24 to 72 hours. Rush and same-day tiers are available in all 67 counties. Registered agent serves are usually completed the same day.
Once the job is logged you can track it attempt by attempt — date, time, address and outcome for every visit. The signed affidavit is uploaded to the same record as soon as service is complete, typically the next business day.
If the First Attempts Fail
Golden Process Service makes up to three attempts at varied times of day as part of the flat rate. If the party appears to be evading, we escalate to in-house skip tracing to verify the address before spending more of your money on attempts. Where a party genuinely cannot be located, you get an Affidavit of Diligent Search that supports a motion for constructive service under Chapter 49.
