Quick answer

A mobile notary travels to the signer — home, office, hospital or care facility — instead of making them come to a branch. Golden Process Service provides mobile and remote online notarisation across Florida under Chapter 117, seven days a week, including evenings, weekends and correctional facility signings.

Notary Services from a Name You Trust

Notarization is a critical step in countless legal, real estate, and business transactions. A notary public serves as an impartial witness who verifies the identity of signers, confirms that they are signing voluntarily, and applies an official seal to the document. Without proper notarization, many documents — from affidavits to real estate deeds — are legally invalid.

Golden Process Service extends its legal support expertise to include both in-person notary visits and Remote Online Notarization. Founded in 2018 and headquartered at 9715 W Broward Blvd, Ste 322, Plantation, FL 33324, we bring the same professionalism and reliability to notary services that we bring to process serving, court filing, and our full range of legal support services.

Our notaries are commissioned under Florida Statute §117, which governs the duties, authority, and responsibilities of notaries public in the state of Florida. As a member of FAPPS and NAPPS, Golden Process Service maintains the highest ethical standards in every notarization we perform.

Mobile Notary

Mobile Notary Public — We Come to You

A mobile notary travels to the signer's location rather than requiring the signer to visit a notary's office. This is especially valuable when:

Convenience

You are busy running a law practice, managing a business, or handling personal matters. Golden Process Service sends a notary to your office, home, or any location convenient to you. We work around your schedule — evenings and weekends are available for time-sensitive signings.

Mobility Limitations

When a signer is in a hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility, or is otherwise unable to travel, our notary comes to them. We handle these sensitive situations with professionalism and patience, ensuring the signer is comfortable and signing voluntarily.

Real Estate Closings

Real estate transactions require multiple notarized documents — deeds, mortgage documents, affidavits of title, settlement statements, and more. Golden Process Service brings the notary to the closing location, whether that is a title company, attorney's office, or the buyer's kitchen table.

Time-Sensitive Documents

When a power of attorney, medical directive, or other urgent document needs to be notarized immediately, Golden Process Service dispatches a notary to your location. Same-day appointments are available in most South Florida areas.

Remote Online Notarization

Remote Online Notarization (RON) — Notarize from Anywhere

Florida was among the first states to authorize Remote Online Notarization, and Golden Process Service has embraced this technology to serve clients who need documents notarized without an in-person meeting.

How RON Works

Remote Online Notarization allows a Florida-commissioned notary to notarize documents through a secure audio-video connection. Here is the process:

  1. Schedule your session: Contact Golden Process Service at (888) 766-7497 or through our Send Work form to schedule your RON appointment.
  2. Identity verification: Before the session, the signer completes knowledge-based authentication (KBA) — a series of questions drawn from public records that only the signer would know. A valid government-issued photo ID is also required.
  3. Video session: The notary and signer connect through a secure, recorded video session. The notary verifies the signer's identity, confirms willingness to sign, and witnesses the signing in real time.
  4. Digital seal & recording: The notary applies a digital notary seal and digital signature to the document. The entire session is recorded and stored as required by Florida Statute §117.
  5. Document delivery: The notarized document is delivered to you electronically, ready for filing, recording, or execution.

Benefits of RON

No Travel Required

Sign from your home, office, or anywhere with an internet connection and a device with a camera.

Enhanced Security

KBA identity verification, recorded sessions, and tamper-evident digital seals provide stronger identity assurance than traditional notarization.

Accepted Statewide

RON documents are legally valid in Florida and accepted by courts, title companies, lenders, and government agencies.

Why Florida Firms Choose Golden Process Service for Notary Work

Golden Process Service has handled notarizations for Florida attorneys, paralegals and corporate legal departments since 2018. What separates a sound notarization from one that gets challenged is the record: the signer's identification, a correctly completed notarial certificate and, where the law requires one, the journal entry, all done right the first time.
